Charming atmosphere with lovely city views from the room.

Upon arrival, the check-in process was unexpectedly confusing and left us feeling frustrated. The breakfast was disappointing, lacking fresh options and variety. We were left unsatisfied with what was offered, having to request fresh bread daily. The noise from the shared kitchen next door disrupted our sleep, unacceptable for a relaxing vacation.

Everything was perfect during 3 days, greatly enjoyed its great and stunning location next to the old town and bars and restaurants around and in the region. The rooms were well-designed as for me, with v comfy bed-bathroom...

i stayed here 4 nights and greatly enjoyed it. the location was incredible and amazing with lots of restaurants and bars right at the doorstep.

I almost wanted to love this place, but alas! The breakfast was just cheese, yoghurts, and toast. How quaint. The noise isolation is a joke, slept next to the kitchen. And you expect me to believe this hotel is 'superior'? A complimentary upgrade would have done wonders! Just so disappointing.

Had an amazing stay at this B&B! Maurizio is such a fantastic host. He gave us awesome local tips. The homemade pastries were delicious, and the room was super comfy with a lovely view. Only wish we could've stayed longer!

My double room was nicely decorated with a fridge, an electric kettle, and climate control. The location was fantastic and amazing for traveling around Siena, so close to Siena's main square, the old town and the restaurants. It was good to be 1 km away from Osteria da Trombicche, serving short-orders.

Good food options. The rooms with the nice balcony. In the center of the city, very convenient.

I had an wonderful time! The junior suite balcony was a dream come true, allowing me to enjoy my cappuccino every morning with a amazing view. Maurizio's attention to detail was amazing. He provided clear video instructions.

Charming Stay with Helpful Host

Our family enjoyed the spacious Beautiful Double room with a fantastic city view. Mauricio's local dining recommendations were spot-on! Don't miss asking for fresh pastries daily-they were good. The location made exploring Siena easy. Parking available was a bonus for our road trip.

Maurizio's warm welcome and really good local recommendations made all the difference. The breakfast, with delicious homemade cakes, was a lovely way to start each day in the bright, cozy room with fine city views.

I wished I could stay longer.

The soundproofing leaves a lot to be desired. You can hear sounds from the shared kitchen as well as any vehicles passing by on the street, which detracts from the relaxation factor. The coffee maker could use an upgrade, and while the breakfast options are tasty, they could offer a little more variety to cater to different tastes.

This was just an appropriate option for a weekend rest in Siena with all in all great value for money. The host were pretty good, organizing a taxi for us when we needed it. Remember to ask for fresh bread at breakfast.

This hotel features nice decor, spacious rooms, and very comfortable beds and bathrooms.

The location was perfect and so close to everything! Maurizio was super helpful with parking and gave us tons of tips on what to do in sienna. The homemade pastries and breakfast spread were delicious, and the fridge had snacks which was cool. The bed was really comfy too, just like a little slice of heaven. This B&B was definitely our favorite throughout our entire trip!

The only downside was we wish we could've stayed longer. The check-in process was a bit confusing at first.
